Machinery Capacity

The group remains committed to upgrading its machinery to keep pace with the developments in the industry and to enhance the quality of our products.

  • We have recently installed a CI printing machine and a Nordmeccanica Lamination machine

Quality Policy

Kgalagadi Plastics Industries (Pty) Ltd manufactures flexible packaging used by a wide range of customers including amongst others those in the food production, supermarkets, banking and beverages industries. We also export to other countries in the region.

The management of KPI intends to ensure that our mission and vision statements are achieved. To do so, we commit to:

  • Enhance the education, training and skills level of all Kgalagadi Plastic Industries employees, including creating an awareness of BOS ISO 9001:2008.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by determining their critical requirements and investing in product development to enable expansion and product diversity.
  • Establish, document, implement and maintain a quality management system that meets the requirements of BOS ISO 9001:2008.
  • Comply with all applicable legislation, regulations and any other relevant requirements in our line of business.
  • Create a safe and healthy working environment to enable our employees to deliver the required quality.


We will create and measure quality objectives and together with this quality policy they will be communicated to all our employees. Through management reviews, this policy will be reviewed at least once annually to ensure it stays relevant to the business.
